Abstract:
While ensuring fresh corn harvest, design a straw pulverizer installed in the lower part of the corn harvest, realizing the grinding of corn stalks, the test selection, the number of blades, the speed of the machine, and the influencing factors, through theoretical analysis The number of pulverized blades is obtained by obtaining the value of the machine travel speed and the pulveroid axis speed, and the quantity and arrangement of the pulverized blade are obtained. The quantitative test of the stem pulverization was evaluated, and the secondary rotary orthogonal test was performed, and the test results were optimized by the response surface method.The results show that each influencing factor on the primary sequence of fresh food corn stalk pulverization qualification is: pulverized axis rotation speed, the number of blades, the machine travel speed; the optimal combination of the optimized process parameters is: the number of blades 16, machine travel speed 2 m/s, pulveroid shaft speed 1620 r/min, theoretical fresh food corn stalk pulverization qualified rate is 88.97%.
