基于EDEM的振动深松整地机参数优化与试验

Parameter Optimization and Test of Vibratory Subsoiling and Soil Preparation Machine Based on EDEM

  • 摘要: 为满足硬质土壤或板结土壤的深松作业要求,一次性完成土地的深松和平整,设计了一种1SZL-300型振动深松整地联合作业机。开展了深松部件设计和深松铲入土过程受力分析,进行了基于EDEM的深松铲正交试验。同时,采用三因素三水平的Box-Behnken试验设计原理进行仿真组合试验,仿真试验,结果显示:当入土角度为31.42°、入土深度为392.59 mm、作业速度7.02 m/s时,模型预测的土壤蓬松度为44.903%,土壤扰动系数为57.845%。最后,针对样机进行了田间试验,结果表明:深松深度382 mm,深松耕深稳定性系数96.8%,地表10 cm内,碎土率达62.8%,纯工作小时生产率为2.2 hm2/h,作业效果满足设计要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of deep loosening operation of hard soil or compact soil and realize the deep loosening and land leveling at one time, this paper designed a 1 SZL-300 vibrating joint machine for deep loosening and soil leveling. This paper carried out the subsoil component design and the force analysis of the subsoil shovel into the soil, studied the EDEM-based orthogonal test of the subsoil shovel, and used the three-factor and three-level Box-Behnken test design principle to carry out the simulation combination test.The results of simulation experiment indicates that when the soil penetration angle is 31.42°, the depth of deep loosening is 392.59 mm, and the working speed is 7.02 m/s, the predicted soil looseness is 45.42%,and soil disturbance coefficient is 57.60%. Field experiment shows that the subsoil depth of the prototype is 382 mm, the stability coefficient of subsoil depth is 96.8%, the soil crushing rate(within 10 cm of the surface) is 62.8%, and the productivity of net time is 2.2 hm~2/h.
