Abstract:
In order to meet the requirements of deep loosening operation of hard soil or compact soil and realize the deep loosening and land leveling at one time, this paper designed a 1 SZL-300 vibrating joint machine for deep loosening and soil leveling. This paper carried out the subsoil component design and the force analysis of the subsoil shovel into the soil, studied the EDEM-based orthogonal test of the subsoil shovel, and used the three-factor and three-level Box-Behnken test design principle to carry out the simulation combination test.The results of simulation experiment indicates that when the soil penetration angle is 31.42°, the depth of deep loosening is 392.59 mm, and the working speed is 7.02 m/s, the predicted soil looseness is 45.42%,and soil disturbance coefficient is 57.60%. Field experiment shows that the subsoil depth of the prototype is 382 mm, the stability coefficient of subsoil depth is 96.8%, the soil crushing rate(within 10 cm of the surface) is 62.8%, and the productivity of net time is 2.2 hm~2/h.
