Abstract:
In order to improve the cutting and crushing efficiency of jujube branches and obtain the shear mechanical properties of branches, a three-factor shear test was carried out with fresh jujube branches as the research object, shear angle, knife type and shear speed as the test factors, and shear strength as the test index. The covariance analysis method was used to analyze the shear significance factors and shear mechanical properties of branches. The test results show that the significant influence on the maximum shear stress of the branches from large to small is shear angle, knife type and shear speed, and the shear angle is negatively correlated with the shear strength. The force-displacement curves of the branch shear process of different shape edge line tools are different, which can be divided into four different stages. The peak value of the shear force generally appears in the stage II and IV shear process. The arc cutter has the smallest shear strength and can be used as a branch pruning and crushing tool. The research results can provide corresponding data reference for the design and optimization of jujube branch pruning machinery and branch crushing machinery.
