3MDZ-18型液力驱动式棉花打顶机的优化与试验

Optimization and Experiment of 3MDZ-18 Hydraulic Driven Cotton Topping Machine

  • 摘要: 针对棉花打顶机作业过程中因刀轴套管伸缩与油缸升降运动干涉造成的机械震动与升降卡死问题,提出了液压油缸与刀轴同轴垂直安装、弹性连接的解决方案。设计研制了3MDZ-18型液力驱动式棉花打顶机,并进行了田间试验,结果表明:当作业速度为3.45km/h、割刀转速为800r/min时,打顶率达到90.50%,打顶长度合格率65.33%,打顶机无升降卡死及刚性冲击现象,稳定性与打顶精度有一定提升。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of mechanical vibration and lifting block caused by the interference of casing expansion and cylinder lifting motion during the operation of cotton topping machine, a solution of coaxial vertical installation and elastic connection between hydraulic cylinder and cutter shaft is proposed. 3MDZ-18 hydraulic driven cotton topping machine was designed and developed. The field test results showed that when the operating speed was 3.45 km/h and the cutting knife speed was 800 r/min, the topping rate reached 90.50%, and the qualified rate of topping length was 85.33%. The topping machine had no lifting stuck and rigid impact, and the stability and topping accuracy were improved to some extent.
