Abstract:
Based on the characteristics of sorghum seeds and the requirements of seeding technology, this paper optimized the design of a spoon-wheel sorghum precision seed metering device. Through theoretical calculation and analysis, the structure and key parameters of sorghum spoon-wheel were determined, and its seeding performance was verified by field experiments. The results showed that the seed metering device could realize single seed fine sowing of sorghum, in which the qualified rate of seeding depth was 90.67%, the plant spacing was 27-34cm, the seedling emergence rate was 87%, and the missed sowing rate was 5.7%, which met the relevant national standards of sorghum precision seeding and laid a foundation for the mechanization of sorghum seeding.
