基于超声波技术的风送式智能烟草植保机设计与试验

Design and Test of Air Driven Intelligent Tobacco Plant Protection Machine Based on Ultrasonic Technology

  • 摘要: 针对目前烟草植保机作业过程存的智能化程度低、雾化雾滴大、无法覆盖整个叶面等问题,基于超声波技术设计开发了一种以电动行驶底盘为载体,集超声波雾化发生装置、风送喷雾系统和智能控制系统等主要工作部件于一体的智能型烟草植保机。采用理论分析与室内试验相结合的方法开展了性能试验,结果表明:植保机在压力为0.3、0.5、1.0MPa时喷量均与理论值相差较小,均匀度均达到95%以上;通过调整风机风速,其喷幅能在0~6.56m间调整,且喷量、均匀性和喷幅均能达到工作需求。研究结果可为拓展烟草植保作业机具开发提供参考和理论基础。

     

    Abstract: At present, there are some problems in the operation process of tobacco plant protection machine, such as low intelligence, large atomization droplets and unable to cover the whole leaf surface. Based on ultrasonic technology, an intelligent tobacco plant protection machine is designed and developed in this paper, which is based on electric chassis, and integrates the main components of ultrasonic atomization, wind spray and intelligent control system. The performance test is carried out by combining theoretical analysis with indoor experiment. The test results show that when the pressure is 0.3 MPa, 0.5 MPa and 1.0 MPa, the spray amount of the plant protection machine is less different from the theoretical value, and the uniformity is more than 95%; By adjusting the wind speed of the fan, the spraying range can also be adjusted between 0~6.56m. the spraying volume, uniformity and spraying range of the plant protection machine can meet the working requirements. It provides a theoretical basis and reference for the development of tobacco plant protection equipment.
