基于智能控制的碾米机结构设计及仿真分析

Structure Design and Simulation Analysis of Rice Mill Based on Intelligent Control

  • 摘要: 对辊式碾米机结构及工作过程进行了分析,采用数值仿真的方式对不同碾辊结构工作性能进行仿真,从而确定碾白压力和碾白压力标准偏差对碾米过程性能和稳定性的影响。仿真分析结果表明:碾筋高度是碾白压力均值的直接影响因素,碾筋根数与碾白压力稳定性具有直接关系,最终确定碾筋设计参数为根数6、高度为3mm、倾角为6°,此时平均碾白压力为1.6kPa,碾白压力达到较高的稳定性。

     

    Abstract: Through the analysis of the structure and working process of the roller rice mill, this paper simulates and analyzes the working performance of different roller structures by means of numerical simulation, and determines the influence of the whitening pressure and the standard deviation of the whitening pressure on the performance and stability of the rice milling process. The simulation results show that the height of the rolled bar is a direct factor affecting the mean value of the whitening pressure, and the number of rolled bars is directly related to the stability of the whitening pressure. Finally, the design parameters of the rolled bar are 6, the height is 3mm, and the inclination angle is 6 °. At this time, the average whitening pressure is 1.6kpa, and the whitening pressure reaches a high stability.
