动力换挡拖拉机行驶速度自动控制系统设计及试验

Design and Test of Automatic Control System for Driving Speed of Power Shift Tractor

  • 摘要: 针对现有机械换挡拖拉机的行驶速度控制系统调节精度差、调节速度慢的问题,以动力换挡纽荷兰T1404拖拉机为实验平台,研发了行驶速度自动控制系统,包括拖拉机工况信息采集、通讯、变速箱挡位控制、油门控制等模块。提出了拖拉机挡位计算和油门调节的控制方法,可对发动机和变速箱进行自动调节,实现了对动力换挡拖拉机作业速度的精准控制。为了检验控制系统的作业效果,在水泥地面和田间地面的空载工况下进行了试验验证,结果表明:两种工况下,控制系统的速度调控误差最大值为0.15km/h,相对误差最大值为3.0%,调节时间最大值为4.4s,能够满足拖拉机的速度自动控制过程的生产需求。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of poor adjustment accuracy and slow adjustment speed of the existing driving speed control system of mechanical shift tractor, an automatic driving speed control system is developed based on the power shift tractor New Holland T1404. The control system includes tractor working condition information acquisition, communication, transmission gear control, throttle control and other modules. The control methods of tractor gear calculation and throttle adjustment are proposed to automatically adjust the engine and gearbox, so as to realize the accurate control of the working speed of power shift tractor. In order to test the operation effect of the control system, experiments were carried out under no-load conditions on cement ground and field ground. The test results show that under the two working conditions, the maximum speed regulation error of the control system is 0.15km/h, the maximum relative error is 3.0%, and the maximum regulation time is 4.4s, which can meet the production requirements of the automatic speed control process of the tractor.
