Abstract:
In order to obtainthe mechanical properties of gold passion fruit vine, radial compression, axial compression, three-point bending and shear tests were carried out on passion fruit vineinthispaper, The test results showed thatthe radial average compressive elastic modulus of large main vine, small main vine and branch vine of gold passion fruit were 36.48MPa, 30.84MPa and 20.83MPa respectively, and the axial average compressive elastic modulus of large main vine, small main vine and branch vine were 19.44MPa, 10.35MPa and 4.31 MParespectively., and the average bending strength of large main vine, small main vine and branch vine were 13.37MPa, 11.23MPa and 7.46 MPa, and the average shear strength of large main vine, small main vine and branch vine were 13.37MPa, 11.23MPa and 7.46 MPaindependently. The result also shows that the compressive strength, bending strength and shear strength were negatively correlated with water content, but positively correlated with density.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the design and development of key components of gold passion fruit vine processing equipment.
