深度信息融合下的精量播种机作业参数调控

Operation Parameter Regulation of Precision Planter Based on Depth Information Fusion

  • 摘要: 以精量播种机作业参数调控与监测系统为研究对象,利用GPS接收器对播种机作业速度和位置信息进行采集;采用CAN总线控制的方式对精量播种驱动系统参数信息进行深度融合分析,生成实时控制指令,在线进行精量播种过程作业参数调整和统计。试验验证结果表明:精量播种机作业参数调控与监测系统统计到的作业参数以及播种株距合格指数均满足农艺要求。

     

    Abstract: This paper takes the operation parameter regulation and monitoring system of precision planter as the research object, uses GPS receiver to collect the operation speed and position information of planter, uses CAN bus control to deeply fuse and analyze the parameter information of precision seeding drive system, generates real-time control instructions, and adjusts and counts the operation parameters in the process of precision seeding online. The experimental verification results show that the operation parameters counted by the operation parameter regulation and monitoring system of precision planter can meet the agronomic requirements, and the statistical results of field experiments show that the qualified index of sowing plant spacing meets the agronomic requirements.
