Abstract:
In view of the problems that there are few relevant studies on subsoiling operation in Hainan banana field and the coupling mechanism between subsoiling shovel and soil is unclear, this paper combines the physical characteristics of banana field soil in Hainan tropical zone, accumulates and generates three-layer soil models of tillage layer, plow bottom layer as well as core soil layer by using discrete element simulation and virtual soil tank test comprehensively. In addition, the sliding subsoiling shovel soil model tillage model under the same conditions is established. The influence of subsoiling shovel on Soil Micro disturbance behavior has been studied by comparing with the national standard subsoiling shovel. The results indicate that under the same operating conditions, the maximum movement speed of soil particles in x, y and z directions under the action lof sliding subsoiling shovel is significantly greater than that of national standard subsoiling shovel, which also applys to the comparison between disturbance profile of sliding subsoiling shovel and that of national standard subsoiling shovel. Meanwhile, the soil fluffy degree and soil disturbance coefficient under the action of sliding subsoiling shovel is likewise greater than that of national standard subsoiling shovel. The findings further verify that the designed sliding subsoiling shovel is more suitable for subsoiling in banana field in Hainan.
