基于教育学信息系统的农机数字化设计

Digital Design of Agricultural Machinery Based on Educational Information System

  • 摘要: 首先,介绍了教育学信息系统和数字化设计技术,在教育学信息系统分层设计启发下,结合数字化设计技术实现了农机数字化设计;然后,介绍了精量排种器组成及其原理,并利用数字化技术实现了小麦精量排种器的数字化设计。从最后设计的小麦精量排种器样图来看:系统能够快速设计农机模块,大幅缩短了产品设计周期,减少了产品反复修改次数,对现代农机设计具有重大意义。

     

    Abstract: first introduces the educational information system and digital design technology. Inspired by the layered design of the educational information system, it realized the digital design of agricultural machinery by combining digital design technology. Then, it introduced the composition and principle of precision metering device, and realized the digital design of wheat precision metering device by using digital technology. From the final design of the wheat precision metering device, the system can quickly design agricultural machinery modules, greatly reduce the product design cycle, and reduce the number of repeated product modifications, which is of great significance to modern agricultural machinery design.
