一种精量播种机的可视化模块优化研究

Research on Visual Module Optimization of Precision Planter

  • 摘要: 以精量播种机监测显示系统为研究对象,基于播种机主控制器和传感器,以CAN网络总线通讯的方式进行数据交互,设计了一种便于人机交互的可视化功能模块,以保证播种过程作业参数实时采集和数据传输。应用结果表明:精量播种机监测显示系统以传感器和硬件电路为基础,利用传感器对运行参数进行采集,经主控制器分析计算后在可视化模块进行显示,使操作人员能够实时掌握运行状态信息,提高了精量播种机的使用工作效率和智能化水平。

     

    Abstract: This paper takes the monitoring and display system of precision planter as the research object, based on the main controller and sensor of planter, carries out data interaction in the way of can network bus communication, and designs a visual function module convenient for human-computer interaction to ensure the real-time collection and data transmission of operation parameters in the sowing process. The monitoring and display system of precision planter is based on the sensor and hardware circuit. The sensor is used to collect the operation parameters. After the analysis and calculation of the main controller, it is displayed in the visualization module, so that the operator can grasp the operation status information in real time, and improve the use efficiency and intelligent level of precision planter.
