Abstract:
Mechanical flower thinning is an important part of orchard mechanized production. The operating parameters of flower thinning mechanism are the key factors affecting the effect of flower thinning. In this paper, the orthogonal test method is used to test the effects of different levels of factors such as the material, length, diameter and motor speed of a single flower thinning rope on the impact force and peach blossom thinning effect. Through the range and variance analysis of the test results, it is concluded that the material of the flower thinning rope is the significant factor affecting the impact force, and the diameter of the flower thinning rope is the primary factor and also the significant factor affecting the impact force and the flower thinning rate; The research shows that the greater the impact force is, the higher the flower thinning rate is, and the better the operation effect is; Through further tests, the optimal parameter combination of peach blossom thinning is obtained as follows: the material of peach blossom thinning rope is nylon, the diameter is 2mm, the length is 50mm, and the motor speed is 300rpm.
