基于摆线运动的残膜捡拾机构设计与试验

Design and Analysis of Residual Film Picking Mechanism Based on Cycloid Motion

  • 摘要: 为解决现有残膜捡拾机构捡拾效果不理想、单次捡拾率低、结构复杂和故障率高等问题,设计了挑膜齿做摆线运动的残膜捡拾机构。通过机构分析和田间试验,确定残膜回收机的作业速度为4~7km/h,捡拾机构转速为60r/min,挑膜齿的入土深度为100mm,周向挑膜齿数为4根,夹角呈90°,总共34齿,轴向齿距为150mm。当转动速度为60r/min时,工作部件工作状态最佳。研究结果可为今后残膜回收机捡拾机构的改进设计、性能提升提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of the residual film collector which the effect of picking up is not ideal, a single picking up rate is low, complex structure, high failure rate, designed the residual film collector mechanism based on cycloid motion. Through the mechanism analysis and field experiments, it is determined that the operation speed of the residual film recovery machine is 4 ~ 7km/h, the speed of the picking mechanism is 60 r/min, the depth of the film teeth is 100 mm, the number of the circumferential film teeth is 4, the Angle is 90°, a total of teeth is 34, the axial tooth distance is 150 mm. When the rotation speed is 60 r/min, the working parts are in the best working condition. This study provides theoretical and practical basis for the improvement and promotion of the collecting mechanism of residual film recycling machine in the future.
