基于SE-SBM的机采棉加工工艺配置效率评价

Efficiency Evaluation of Machine-harvested Cotton Processing Configuration Based on SE-SBM

  • 摘要: 针对目前机采棉加工工艺优化过程中缺乏从系统角度定量评估工艺配置效率的情况,把机采棉加工工艺系统看作一个具有输入输出的系统,以机采棉生产投入、工艺配置情况作为输入指标,以机采棉加工质量和皮棉产量等产出水平作为输出指标,建立了基于SE-SBM(Super Efficiency Slacks-based Measure)的工艺配置效率评价模型。以新疆某棉花加工企业的9条机采棉加工生产线为例,通过收集数据和利用DEA-Slover5.0软件计算,对其工艺配置效率进行了评估和比较,再根据所得结论确定了改进方向和额度,并提出了有针对性的建议。所构建的指标体系和评价方法可用于评估不同机采棉加工生产线的工艺配置效率,能为实施机采棉加工工艺设计和优化改进提供决策参考。

     

    Abstract: In view of the lack of quantitative assessment of process configuration efficiency from a system perspective in the current machine picking process optimization, the machine picking process system is regarded as a system with input and output, and the machine picking production inputs and process configuration are used as input indicators, and the output level of machine picking processing quality and lint yield are used as output indicators, and a SE-SBM(Super Efficiency Slacks-based Measure) process configuration efficiency evaluation model was established. Taking nine machine picked cotton processing lines of a cotton processing enterprise in Xinjiang as an example, the process configuration efficiency was evaluated and compared through data collection and calculation using DEA-Slover 5.0 software, and then the improvement direction and amount were determined based on the conclusions obtained, and targeted suggestions were made. The index system and evaluation method constructed in this paper can be used to assess the process configuration efficiency of different machine picking cotton processing lines, which can provide decision reference for implementing machine picking cotton processing process design and optimization improvement.
