基于单垄双行种植农艺的马铃薯挖掘铲设计与试验

Design and Experiment of Potato Digging Shovel Based on Single Ridge Double Row Planting Agronomy

  • 摘要: 针对目前丘陵山区马铃薯收获劳动强度大、机械化程度低和现有马铃薯挖掘铲作业效率不能满足实际需求等问题,设计了一种适合单垄双行种植农艺使用的马铃薯挖掘铲。通过分析和设计马铃薯挖掘铲结构,确定了马铃薯挖掘铲入土倾角为21.5°、铲刃张角为19°、铲宽为1230mm、铲长为220mm等参数;借助Ansys 2020有限元分析软件,获得了马铃薯挖掘铲模拟工作时最大应力为31.491MPa、最大应变为1.5797×10-4和总变形为0.81716mm等结果,且均符合要求。完成马铃薯挖掘铲实际加工后,进行了收获田间试验,结果表明:马铃薯收获明薯率为98.54%,破皮率为1.51%,伤薯率为1.31%,均符合且优于相关国家标准要求。所设计的马铃薯挖掘铲达到了预期目标,可为今后相关工作提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity, low mechanization of potato harvesting in Hilly and mountainous areas, and the efficiency of existing potato digging shovel can not meet the actual needs, a potato digging shovel suitable for single ridge and double row planting agronomy is studied and designed. By analyzing and designing the structure of potato digging shovel, the parameters such as the digging angle of potato digging shovel is 21.5°, the opening angle of shovel blade is 19°, the shovel width is 1230mm and the shovel length is 220mm are determined; With the help of ANSYS 2020 finite element analysis software, the maximum stress and maximum strain of the potato digging shovel during simulated work are 31.491MPa and 1.5797×10-4 and the total deformation of 0.81716mm meet the requirements; After the actual processing of potato digging shovel, the potato harvest field test was carried out. The test results showed that the potato harvest bright potato rate was 98.54%, the skin breaking rate was 1.51%, and the potato injury rate was 1.31%, which were in line with and better than the requirements of relevant national standards. The potato digging shovel designed by the Institute has achieved the expected goal, and provides a reference for the future related work.
