Abstract: Aiming at the problem of farmers’ difficulty in sowing and fertilization, combined with the agronomic requirements of crop planting in ridge cultivation area, it designed a new rotary tillage furrow fertilization planter. The machine is suitable for the ridge cultivation technology of wheat, soybean and maize. It can realize the operations of precise deep fertilization, precise sowing, furrow opening, soil covering and suppression, and provide a basis for the large-scale Mechanized design provides a certain technical support. The experimental results show that the new rotary tillage furrow fertilization planter designed in this paper is of great significance to reduce missed sowing, improve the qualified rate of sowing depth and plant distance, and greatly improve the operation quality and efficiency.
