Abstract:
In view of the problem that the design of corn harvester in China has little consideration in the aspect of human factors, this study established a set of human factors evaluation index system for corn harvester by using analytic hierarchy process and questionnaire survey method, and took 4YZB-4 corn harvester as an example to test the practical application of evaluation index system. The results show that the criterion layer of the system has the maximum safety weight and the minimum comfort weight, which are 0.680 and 0.058, respectively. In the scheme layer, the weight of braking performance is the largest, and the weight of pedal is the smallest, which is 0.4923 and 0.0077, respectively. The comprehensive evaluation value of 4YZB-4 corn harvester was calculated to be 89 points, and the results were analyzed and evaluated.This study can provide effective help for the improvement and design of corn harvester, and ensure the farmer to work more safely, easily and comfortably.
