Abstract:
To analyze the cutting mechanism of the disc-saw cutting system, A simplified model of a single set of disc saws and shrub branches in Solidworks, For the simulation analysis in the kinetic analysis software ABAQUS, To study the relationship between working parameters and circular saw blade parameters during shrub cutting, With the saw blade rotation speed, travel speed and branch diameter as the influencing factors, With the sawing force as the evaluation index, Virtual orthogonal tests of the factors affecting it, The analysis was performed with the Design Expert dynamic response software, To derive the response surface regression equation, And concluded that when the circular saw speed is 2500 r/min, At a forward speed of 0.9 m/s, Flat stubble effect is better, Field tests were performed on a small shrub stubble machine, The results show that the stubble breaking rate and stubble height can meet the agronomic requirements.
