灌木平茬机切割系统参数优化设计与验证

Parameter Optimization Design and Verification of Cutting System of Shrub Stubble Leveler

  • 摘要: 为分析圆盘锯式切割系统的切割机理,在Solidworks中建立单组圆盘锯及灌木枝条的简化模型,并在动力学分析软件ABAQUS中进行仿真分析,研究灌木切割过程中工作参数与圆锯片参数的关系。同时,以锯片转速、行进速度、枝径为影响因素,以锯切力为评价指标,对其影响的因素进行虚拟正交试验,并用Design Expert动态响应软件进行分析,得到响应面回归方程,得知当圆锯转速为2500r/min、前进速度为0.9m/s时平茬效果较好。用小型灌木平茬机上进行实地试验,结果表明破茬率和留茬高度均能满足农艺要求。

     

    Abstract: To analyze the cutting mechanism of the disc-saw cutting system, A simplified model of a single set of disc saws and shrub branches in Solidworks, For the simulation analysis in the kinetic analysis software ABAQUS, To study the relationship between working parameters and circular saw blade parameters during shrub cutting, With the saw blade rotation speed, travel speed and branch diameter as the influencing factors, With the sawing force as the evaluation index, Virtual orthogonal tests of the factors affecting it, The analysis was performed with the Design Expert dynamic response software, To derive the response surface regression equation, And concluded that when the circular saw speed is 2500 r/min, At a forward speed of 0.9 m/s, Flat stubble effect is better, Field tests were performed on a small shrub stubble machine, The results show that the stubble breaking rate and stubble height can meet the agronomic requirements.
