Abstract:
At present, the fixed length acquisition method of community breeding planter is mainly through manual measurement, and the low efficiency of manual range measurement and high operation intensity seriously restrict the rapid development of community breeding machinery. In view of the above problems, a steel cable rewinding range measuring device is designed. The device adopts automatic retracting range measuring, and the detection device detects the steel or rubber spheres fixed by the steel cable to obtain the interval position data signal of the community breeding seeder. In order to determine the reasonable parameter range of the continuous operation of the cable rewinding range measuring device at different forward speeds, the parameters of the device are optimized through prototype tests. The test results show that the V-shaped angle of the reciprocating lead wheel is between 10 ° and 20 °, the length of the reciprocating lead screw is between 400-450mm, the device operates stably and has no problems such as wire rope winding and centralized collection and arrangement of wires. The signal transmission and control operation of the contact travel switch are stable and reliable, which meets the range requirements of the breeding seeder.
