基于RecurDyn的变直径脱粒滚筒空心液压缸的设计

Design of Hollow Hydraulic Cylinder for Variable-diameter Threshing Drum Based on RecurDyn

  • 摘要: 基于液压驱动式变直径脱粒滚筒结构原理,设计了一种可实现往复直线运动的空心液压缸,主要由外缸体、活塞杆、内缸体、上下端盖及各种密封件组成。基于RecurDyn,确定了空心液压缸的行程为28mm和负载为2.5t;通过理论计算,确定了外缸体、活塞杆和内缸体的外径分别为115、80、60mm,内径分别为140、90、80mm;最后,通过性能试验验证了其设计的合理性,可确保变直径滚筒的直径在空心液压缸驱动调节机构下可无级调节。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the structure principle of hydraulica driven variable-diameter threshing drum, this paper designed a hollow hydraulic cylinder that can realize reciprocating linear motion, which was mainly composed of outer cylinder, piston rod, inner cylinder, upper and lower end covers and various seals. Based on RecurDyn, the stroke and the load force of the hollow hydraulic cylinder was determined 28mm and 2.5 t, respectively. Through theoretical calculation, The outer diameters of the outer cylinder, piston rod and inner cylinder were determined 115mm, 80mm, 60mm, respectively. And the inner diameters of that were determined 140mm, 90mm, 80mm, respectively. Finally, through the performance test, it was verified that the diameter of the variable-diameter threshing drum can be adjusted steplessly through the hollow hydraulic cylinder drive adjustment mechanism.
