顶出式水稻有序抛秧机取秧系统的设计与试验

Design and Experiment of Rice Seedling Picking System of Rice Throwing Mechanism

  • 摘要: 针对现有水稻抛秧机存在移栽效率低、漏秧、塑料钵苗盘回收难问题,设计了一种硬盘育苗顶出式有序水稻抛秧机取秧系统,由送盘机构、顶出机构及回盘机构等机构组成。为此,构建了取秧系统的三维模型,对顶出机构的端面凸轮进行设计分析,得到凸轮的最大顶出速度;利用Ansys软件对端面凸轮进行强度分析和疲劳寿命分析,得到其最大应力、最大位移变形、最大疲劳寿命和安全系数,各项参数均符合使用要求。试验结果表明:在样机前进速度v=1.5km/h、栽植频率为1300株/min的工况下,水稻抛秧机取秧系统的株距合格率为98%,空穴率为3.2%,秧盘损伤率为0%,满足秧苗移栽作业要求。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low transplanting efficiency, leakage of rice seedlings and difficult recovery of plastic pot seedling plate in existing rice seedling throwing machine, a kind of orderly rice seedling taking system of hard-disk seedling raising and ejecting machine was designed, which was composed of sending mechanism, ejecting mechanism and returning mechanism. The maximum ejecting speed of the CAM was obtained by designing and analyzing the face CAM of ejecting mechanism. ANSYS software is used to analyze the strength and fatigue life of the face CAM, and its maximum stress, maximum displacement deformation, maximum fatigue life and safety factor are obtained. The test results showed that the qualified rate of plant spacing was 98%, the hole rate was 3.2%, and the damage rate of rice disc was 0%, which could meet the requirements of transplanting seedlings at the speed of prototype v=1.5km/h and planting frequency was 1300 plants/min.
