Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of low harvest rate of pepper, an eccentric pepper picking device was designed. The key parameters such as the structure and speed of the picking spring teeth are determined, and the movement process of the spring teeth is analyzed. The range of the rotating speed of the roller is determined by theoretical analysis. The Box-Behnken test was designed with the drum speed, driving speed, preset spring tooth clearance as the test factor, and the recovery rate as the test index. The test results were analyzed by variance using Design-Expert 12, and the regression model of the test index and the test factor was established. The optimization of the test factor parameters was carried out with the goal of improving the recovery rate. The optimal working combination was obtained as follows: forward speed 5.7km/h, spring tooth clearance 79mm, and drum speed 211.5r/min. Under these conditions, the pepper net extraction rate was 98.28%, and the error was less than 5%, which was basically consistent with the optimization results and met the design requirements.
