Abstract:
China is a large agricultural country in the world, agriculture is the basis of the national economy, is to promote social progress and national food security guarantee, the development of agricultural machinery and equipment industry to promote the rapid development of agriculture. At present, China’s agricultural machinery is developing in the direction of automation, informationization and intelligence, and agricultural machinery navigation technology is the basis for the intel-ligent development of agricultural machinery, of which the display interface is the medium of interaction between the oper-ator and the navigation system, which directly affects the operator’s experience of use and also affects the efficient and safe operation of agricultural machinery. This study addresses the current problems of poor usability and low user satisfaction of agricultural machinery navigation interface. Based on human visual mechanism, the study explores the visual attention mechanism of agricultural machinery operators during field monitoring operations from the perspective of cognitive physiolo-gy, and then designs and optimizes the agricultural machinery navigation display interface around icons, controls, naviga-tion, layout, color and interaction of the display interface. Finally, the visual experience metric was evaluated by TOPSI-SI to verify the practicality and effectiveness of the design method of the agricultural machinery navigation display interface based on visual attention mechanism proposed in this study. The research results can provide design reference for the de-velopment of agricultural machinery.
