Abstract:
With the goal of further improving the operation efficiency and monitoring efficiency of the water fertilizer integrated machine, the visual technology was selected as the research entry point, and the design and application of the visual control module were discussed. By fully understanding the operation mechanism of the water fertilizer integrated machine, the mathematical model for the visual control of the whole machine was established, and the software program design and hardware component configuration of the visual control module were carried out to form a new and efficient visual water fertilizer integrated machine, and then the application operation test of the visual control module was carried out, The results showed that the water fertilizer integrated machine based on visualization mechanism and control model application had certain advantages over the water fertilizer integrated machine under the common control. The application of this visualization control module had ensured that the system monitoring accuracy and the system response efficiency were significantly improved. The timeliness of water and fertilizer pipelines and water and fertilizer parameters monitoring had ensured that all instructions and outputs of the whole machine were correct and reasonable. The water saving rate and the fertilizer saving rate of the whole machine had been relatively increased by 6.80% and 7.40% respectively, and the irrigation uniformity could reach 90.50%, which would be conducive to the efficient and high yield of crop planting and cultivation, and would have a good inspiration and reference significance for the improvement of similar agricultural machinery intelligent equipment.
