Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that the temperature of the mixed-flow rice drying tower is difficult to monitor remotely, a temperature remote monitoring system based on Python and Lo Ra technology is designed. The system takes the STM32F1 microcontroller hardware system as the lower computer, measures the temperature information of the drying tow-er through the PT1000 temperature sensor, determines the drying status of the rice drying tower, and transmits the status-information to the real-time display of the human-machine interface of the upper computer through the Lo Ra wireless module. The results of field tests show that the data transmission performance of the whole system is stable, the transmission distance is wide, the data transmission success rate is more than 96%, which meets the requirements of the complex working environment andcan realize the real-time temperature monitoring function of the grain drying process.
