Abstract:
Power battery as the core component of electric tractor, its working performance directly affects the electric tractor field range and safe working condition. In this paper, based on the electric tractor battery data monitoring function and requirements, the hardware system and software system are designed, based on CAN bus communication and 4G module for data transmission, Linux operating system is installed on the virtual machine VMware to build the embedded development platform and complete the design of the communication link. Through the field test to test the battery detection system function, the results show that the system can accurately monitor the battery capacity, voltage, current and other parameters, and can timely alarm and take corresponding measures to ensure the safe working condition of the electric tractor. At the same time, the system can also transmit data to the remote server in real time, to achieve real-time monitoring and analysis of the battery status, to provide the basis for subsequent maintenance and optimization.
