Abstract:
Tractor is an important agricultural machinery in agricultural production. As the agricultural production environment is more complex, the roughness of the field terrain, tractor driving speed, tire performance, rear axle width and tractor chassis height from the ground and other factors, will cause agricultural tractor operation vibration of the body, affecting the field operation effect and driver’s operating comfort and safety. To address the above problems, this study to explore the tractor chassis height from the ground on the impact of tractor transverse vibration. The results show that the tractor body transverse vibration increases linearly with the increase of tractor chassis height from the ground, in medium-sized tractors, reducing the tractor chassis height by 30 cm(only 15% of the current height) will reduce the transverse vibration by 20%; the tractor body vertical vibration is almost not affected by the tractor chassis height from the ground. In summary, the tractor design and production optimization process can be reduced by reducing the tractor chassis height from the ground to reduce the body transverse vibration, and then improve the driving comfort of the tractor.
