Abstract:
A fast yield measurement system of plot harvester is designed. The production measurement system takes STM32 single chip microcomputer as the main control module, obtains the output information of the community through the weighing sensor, and displays and saves the data at the same time. The anti vibration interference design is carried out from two parts of the hardware circuit and software algorithm of the system, which reduces the impact of the harvester vibration on the accuracy of the rapid production measurement system. Experiments have verified that the hardware circuit of the yield measurement system is reliable and the software algorithm is reasonable. The maximum error of measuring grain quality under dynamic conditions is 1.34%, and the average error is 0.43%, which meets the yield measurement requirements of plot breeding experiments.
