土壤振动切削减阻技术研究现状分析

Actuality Analysis of Resistance-reducing Technology on Soil Vibration Cutting

  • 摘要: 振动方式作为一种新型非传统方法,能有效解决土壤耕作或切削过程中阻力大、能耗高等问题,已成为土壤切削减阻技术发展的重要方向。机具振动参数、土壤固有振动特性参数及两者的协调匹配问题是土壤振动切削减阻技术主要研究对象,均会对切削阻力产生重要影响。为此,分析总结了振动频率、振幅、振动角和速比等机具振动参数与牵引阻力、不同地区土壤外在参数、土壤固有振动特性参数间的共性问题和联系规律,归纳了现阶段控制系统参数辨识和自适应控制等两种常见的振动参数优选匹配方法。最后,以高减阻、低功耗为目标,对土壤振动切削减阻技术趋势和未来发展方向进行分析和展望,旨在为振动式土壤切削机具设计与开发过程中机具振动参数确定提供选择依据。

     

    Abstract: As a new non-traditional method, the vibration method can effectively solve the problems of high resistance and high energy consumption in the process of soil tillage or cutting, and has become an important direction for the development of soil cutting and resistance reduction technology. Implement vibration parameters, soil natural vibration characteristic parameters and their coordination and matching were the main research objects of soil vibration cutting resistance reduction technology, and all of them will have an important impact on cutting resistance. This paper analyzes and summarizes the common problems and connection laws between the tractive resistance and implements vibration parameters such as vibration frequency, amplitude, vibration angle and speed ratio, as well as between the soil external parameters and soil natural vibration characteristic parameters in different regions. Two common optimization and matching methods of vibration parameters such as control system parameter identification and adaptive control were summarized. Finally, aiming at high drag reduction and low power consumption, the trend and future development direction of soil vibration cutting drag reduction technology were analyzed and prospected. This paper contributes to the effective reduction of cutting resistance in the process of soil tillage, and increases the selection basis for the determination of vibration parameters in the design and development of vibratory soil cutting implements.
