  • 摘要: 基于GA-PSO算法的水肥监控与调度系统,采用云服务器、数据库与WDNK客户端作为系统的框架,利用4G物联网卡模块将从PLC采集到的罐体已施肥量传输到云服务器,云服务器接收到已施肥量数据并将数据写入Navicat数据库,并通过WDNK客户端软件将罐体的SN编码、罐体需加肥量等信息展示在PC端。调度系统根据水肥罐体所在点的经纬度坐标与需求量,充分考虑运输水肥车辆的自身容量,以运输车辆配送到各个水肥罐体的最小路径为研究目标,利用GA-PSO算法,在保证水肥罐体需加肥量的同时减少了运输车辆的行驶里程,降低了生产成本。

     

    Abstract: The water and fertilizer monitoring and scheduling system based on GA-PSO algorithm adopts cloud server, database and WDNK client as the framework of the system, using 4G IoT card module to transfer the fertilizer applied amount of the tank collected from PLC to the cloud server, the cloud server receives the fertilizer applied amount data and writes the data to Navicat database, and finally the WDNK client software displays the SN The information such as SN code and the amount of fertilizer to be added to the tank is displayed on the PC terminal through WDNK client software. The scheduling system, based on the latitude and longitude coordinates of the point where the water fertilizer tank is located and the demand, fully considers the own capacity of the transporting water fertilizer vehicle, takes the minimum path of the transporting vehicle distribution to each water fertilizer tank as the research goal, and uses the GA-PSO algorithm to reduce the driving mileage of the transporting vehicle while ensuring the amount of water fertilizer tank to be refilled, thus reducing the economic cost.
