Abstract:
In order to improve the operational capability of a small two row wheeled corn harvester in complex terrain, a three-point leveling device was designed, a leveling model was established, and theoretical analysis was conducted. A leveling control system was designed. On this basis, a test vehicle was designed and manufactured, and the inclination signal was filtered and processed before conducting leveling tests. The test results show that the maximum leveling angle for the left tilt of the vehicle body is 15°, the maximum leveling angle for the right tilt is 17.5°, the maximum leveling angle for the front tilt is 12.5°, and the maximum leveling angle for the rear tilt is 17.5°. This verifies the reliability and practicality of the automatic leveling mechanism and control system. The three-point leveling device and leveling control system designed in this study for the 4YZ-2 corn harvester provide a research foundation for adaptive leveling of the corn harvester, and provide new ideas for leveling design of other walking agricultural machinery.
