Abstract:
The size of field plays an important role in the efficiency of agricultural machinery. In order to improve the efficiency of sugarcane mechanization operation, the pure working time utilization efficiency was put forward to measure the efficiency of sugarcane operation unit, and the operation of sugarcane machinery in the field was tested and simulated, and the suitable plot conditions for sugarcane sowing unit and harvesting unit were put forward. The harvest transportation system model was established by using Extendsim software to analyze the influence of high-efficiency land conditions on the harvest transportation system, and the number of transfer vehicles in the transportation system and the operation wait-ing time of harvesting units were simulated. The results showed that the seeding units with different operating widths and seed loads had different field planning requirements. In order to achieve the operating efficiency of the harvesting units up to 0. 8, the planned length of the plots should be over 1200m as far as possible. Interfield transport vehicles of planned plots are the main factors affecting the continuous operation of harvesters. Increasing the number of field transport vehicles can reduce the waiting time of harvesters and the average transport time of sugarcane. The research results can provide reference for sugarcane land planting planning and management under the condition of mechanization.
