“双碳”目标下我国农业机械化转型升级的逻辑与路径

The Logic and Path of China’s Agricultural Mechanization Transformation and Upgrading under the Dual Carbon Goal

  • 摘要: 实现农业机械化转型升级和高质量发展不仅是农业现代化和农业强国建设的重要内容,也是“双碳”目标下我国农业可持续发展的客观要求。为此,从政治经济学视角阐释了“双碳”目标下我国农业机械化转型升级的逻辑,从系统论视角提出了转型升级的“十化”路径,即农机装备创新靶向化、农机装备创新三全化、农机装备设计现代化、农机装备研发应用一体化、动力装备大型智能化、作业装备高端智能化、农机农艺融合化、农机装备低碳化、农机社会化服务专业化及农机经营主体职业化。

     

    Abstract: Realizing the transformation and upgrading of agricultural mechanization and high-quality development is not only an important part of agricultural modernization and the construction of a strong agricultural country, but also an objective requirement for the sustainable development of China’s agriculture under the dual carbon goals.This paper explains the logic of the transformation and upgrading of China’s agricultural mechanization under the dual carbon goals from the perspective of political economy.From the perspective of system theory, ten paths of transformation and upgrading are put forward, namely, the targeted innovation of agricultural machinery equipment, the three comprehensive innovations of agricultural machinery equipment, the modernization of agricultural machinery equipment design, the integration of research and development and application of agricultural machinery equipment, the large-scale intelligentization of power equipment, advanced intelligence of operating equipment, integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy, low-carbonization of agricultural machinery and equipment, specialization of socialized services for agricultural machinery and new types of agricultural machinery management entities.
