图像分析算法在无人机果园巡检系统中的应用

Application of Image Analysis Algorithm in the UAV Orchard Inspection System

  • 摘要: 以进一步提升无人机果园综合巡检效率为目标,基于图像分析算法的应用展开讨论。以无人机果园巡检系统核心结构及原理为出发点,通过建立有效的图像分析算法模型,针对无人机巡检系统完成软件控制及硬件配置设计,以实现无人机果园巡检系统的整体性优化,进行巡检系统的应用效果试验,结果表明:图像分析算法下的无人机整体巡检作业能力得到显著提高,图像识别准确率与图像分类准确率分别提升了8.52%、8.66%,综合巡检效率可达90.72%;系统运行稳定,各部件协作良好,较好地改善了无人机果园巡检作业水平,有利于智慧农业的深度发展。

     

    Abstract: In order to further improve the efficiency of UAV orchard comprehensive inspection, the application design based on image analysis algorithm was discussed. Starting from the core structure and principle of the UAV orchard patrol inspection system, the essential algorithm of image analysis was fully understood, then the software control and hardware configuration design was completed for the UAV orchard inspection system by establishing an effective image analysis algorithm model, the overall optimization of the UAV orchard inspection system was also achieved, and the application effect test of the inspection system was conducted, the results showed that the overall patrol operation capability of UAV under image analysis algorithm had been significantly improved, the image recognition accuracy and the image classification accuracy had been relatively improved by 8. 52% and 8. 66% respectively, and the comprehensive patrol efficiency could reach 90. 72%. The system operated stably, and all parts cooperated well, which would improve the patrol operation level of UAV orchard, and would be conducive to the deep development of intelligent agriculture. The image analysis algorithm concept would have potential inspiration and reference value for similar agricultural machinery design.
