基于阻尼减振材料下拖拉机车身轻量化设计

Lightweight Design of Tractor Bodies Based on Damped Vibration Damping Materials

  • 摘要: 由于农业生产环境恶劣,拖拉机在使用过程中振动和车内噪声对驾驶员的舒适性和工作效率产生负面影响,而阻尼材料能够将振动能量转化为其他形式的能量,从而减少振动的幅度和传递,同时也可以在不减少机械结构强度和稳定性的前提下减少结构质量。为此,以拖拉机车身轻量化设计为研究对象,提出一种新兴液态可喷涂型阻尼隔音材料(Liquid Apply Sound Deadener, LASD),探讨了轻量化设计在减振性能和结构强度之间的平衡,并基于拖拉机车身静态刚度、动态刚度和侧面碰撞安全性能,采用近似模型优化方法进行轻量化设计。结果表明:采用阻尼减振材料可以显著降低拖拉机车身质量4.2%,显著降低拖拉机车身的振动幅度,并改善驾驶员的舒适性和工作效率。研究结果可为提高农业机械性能和驾驶员舒适性提供一种有效途径,具有实际应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Due to the harsh environment of agricultural production, vibrations and in-vehicle noise during the use of tractors have a negative impact on the comfort and efficiency of the driver. Damping materials can reduce the amplitude and transmission of vibration by converting it into other forms of energy, and can also reduce structural weight without reducing the strength and stability of the mechanical structure. In this paper, a new liquid apply sound deadener(LASD) is proposed for the lightweight design of tractor bodies, and the balance between vibration damping performance and structural strength is explored. The lightweight design was carried out based on the static stiffness, dynamic stiffness and side impact safety performance of the tractor body. The results showed that the use of damped damping materials can significantly reduce the weight of the tractor body by 4.2%, significantly reduce the vibration amplitude of the tractor body and improve the comfort and efficiency of the driver. The results of the study provide an effective way to improve the performance of agricultural machinery and driver comfort and have practical application prospects.
