基于主动气囊的高地隙底盘调平系统设计与试验

Design and Test of High Clearance Chassis Leveling System Based on Active Airbag

  • 摘要: 针对高地隙底盘在不平整地作业时,因车身随地形起伏而倾斜,导致车身稳定性变差、驾驶安全性差等问题,设计开发了基于四支腿主动气囊调节的离地间隙调整机构,实现了底盘稳定性调节,底盘俯仰调节-8.5°~8.5°,横滚调节-10°~10°,底盘最大离地间隙可调节为280mm。在此基础上,设计了一套底盘调平控制系统,并从调平系统的工作原理、硬软件设计与调平控制策略等方面展开了研究。最后,针对高地隙植保机样机加装调平系统后进行控制响应测试和田间试验。控制响应测试表明:主动气囊的自身平均超调量为3.36%,可保证其控制性能。田间试验表明:加装自动调平系统的高地隙底盘在田间不仅有效降低了底盘倾斜度,改善了底盘运动稳定性,且大大提升了高地隙底盘对不平坦地面的适应性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of poor stability and driving safety of the high clearance chassis when working on uneven ground, due to the inclination of the vehicle body with the terrain, this paper designs and develops the ground clearance adjustment mechanism based on the four leg active air bag adjustment to adjust the chassis stability.The chassis pitch adjustment is-8.5°-8.5 °, roll adjustment is-10 °-10 °, and the maximum ground clearance of the chassis can be adjusted to 280mm.On this basis, a set of chassis leveling control system is designed.The working principle, hardware and software design and leveling control strategy of the leveling system are studied. Finally, the control response test and field test are carried out after the leveling system is installed on the prototype of high gap plant protection machine.The control response test shows that the average overshoot of the active airbag is 3.36%.So as to ensure its control performance.The field test shows that the high clearance chassis with automatic leveling system can not only effectively reduce the inclination of the chassis in the field, so as to effectively improve the motion stability of the chassis, but also greatly improve the adaptability of the high clearance chassis to uneven ground.
