Research and Trial Production of Rotary Tillage Ridging and Pond Making Machine for Flue-cured Tobacco in Tobacco Planting Field

Based on the agronomic requirements of flue-cured tobacco planting in tobacco planting area, a multifunctional combined operation machine with rotary tillage, ridging and pond digging was developed. With large tractor as supporting power and mature rotary tiller, ridging and pond digging device are linked. Through the analysis of guide curve and element line angle, the working surface of ridging shovel is determined to reduce the resistance and consumption.The pond digging mechanism is designed and the kinematics simulation analysis is carried out by using ADAMS software, and the rationality of the combined machine is verified by field test. The machine not only overcomes the disadvantages of step-by-step operation, but also can work efficiently, reduce energy consumption and has the characteristics of simple and reliable. It can meet the development needs of the whole mechanization of tobacco production and break through the technical problems of tobacco planting and pond making.
