Abstract
In the traditional cotton field environmental monitoring system network, the transmission distance is short, the power consumption is high, the network structure is complex, and the signal is easily interfered during the transmission process. In order to improve the performance of the cotton field environmental monitoring and monitoring system, with the Arduino development board and NB-IoT wireless transmission technology as the core technology, a cotton field environmental monitoring and monitoring system based on high integration, wide coverage and low power consumption is designed. The system uses ATmega328 P embedded chip as the main controller; the sensing layer collects environmental data such as temperature and humidity, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and conductivity detection through terminal nodes; the transmission layer uses Quectel’s NB-IoT BC28 module to output the sensing layer data to China Telecom Internet of Things cloud platform; application layer uses web client and mobile APP to view monitoring data in real time. After optimizing the system’s software and hardware, the system can run stably, and accurately collect and upload relevant data in real time, which is convenient for users to remotely monitor and provides a strong guarantee for the monitoring of the cotton field environmental monitoring system.
