Abstract
In order to improve the working efficiency of the plastic film recycling machine, reduce the number of film unloading, and ensure the working stroke of the machine, some machines and tools are equipped with large film collecting box and plastic film compaction device. However, due to the large membrane box, it will be difficult to unload the film and waste time. Moreover, the plastic film is easy to be stuck after compaction, and it is not easy to unload, which seriously affects the operation efficiency of the plastic film film recycling machine. For this reason, in order to solve the problem of tedious and incomplete film unloading in the plastic film recovery machine with large film collecting box, a shearing fork type film unloading device is designed. The overall structure and working principle are introduced. The calculation formula of the maximum thrust of the oil cylinder is obtained by using the virtual displacement principle. The force analysis of the outer shear fork arm is carried out, and the maximum hinge point force at the hinge point of the shear fork arm is deduced. Finally, the device was processed and trial produced, and field test was carried out. Through the film unloading of different quality plastic film in the film collecting box, it was verified that the device was completely unloaded, basically no residue, and met the working requirements.
