Structure Design and Analysis of Seed Dryer Based on UG

  • In this paper, through the analysis of seed drying process, according to the technical requirements of seed drying process, a two-stage seed dryer using hot air for drying and cold air for cooling was designed, and the three-dimensional structure of seed dryer was designed by UG. Through the experiment on the drying process, it is determined that when the production efficiency of seed drying is constant and the drying water loss rate is the maximum, the optimal drying temperature is 70℃, the optimal air flow rate is 20 m/s, and the optimal grading inner hole diameter is 140 mm, which provides reference for the application of seed dryer and the formulation of drying process.
