Abstract
In order to solve the transverse sugarcane planter fertilizer fertilization irregular space, andfertilizer applicators burn buds easily, based on the small opening screw fertilizer applicator of the sugarcane horizontal planter, acam intermittent mechanism is designed in this paper, which acts on the fertilization mouth of the fertilizer dispenser, making the fertilization mouth turn on and off periodically and fertilizing regularly. In order to study the fertilization interval and the total longitudinal length of the period, the three factors of camshaft speed, cam angle of repose, and locomotive travel speed were selected to perform a three-dimensional regression orthogonal rotation combined simulation experiment. The obtained quadratic regression equation was used to optimize the target parameters, when the camshaft speed was 137.025 r/min(take 137 r/min), the locomotive walking speed was 0.8 m/s, and the cam near resting angle was 38.08°(take 38°), the simulation test are carried out, the fertilization interval was 119.6 mm, and the longitudinal length of the cycle was 354.3 mm.The bench verification test is carried out again, the results show that the average fertilization interval is 114.8 mm, and the average longitudinal length of the cycle is 344.3 mm, it can be seen that the results of the EDEM simulation verification test and the bench test are not much different. Finally, a field verification experiment was carried out, the fertilization interval was basically within 100-150 mm, and the total longitudinal length of the cycle was basically within 300-400 mm, which met the local agronomic requirements, and the fertilization effect reached the expected goal.
