Abstract
According to the actual demand of Pre-seed-cutting horizontal sugarcane planter, the hydraulic system of the planter was designed. The co-simulation model of AMESIM and ADAMS of ditching mechanism was established to study the synchronization of two ditching mechanisms under the double-row planting mode, to ensure the same ditching depth on both sides. The simulation results and the field test of the prototype show that the hydraulic system can meet the control requirements of each mechanism of the planter, the synchronous error of the ditching mechanism is less than 3%, and the ditching and soil covering effect are good and meets the design requirements.
