Design and Test of the Hydraulic Mechanical Stepless Transmission Test Bench for Cotton Picker

  • This article aims to design a hydraulic-mechanical CVT test bench that meets the driving needs of medium and large cotton pickers, complete the design and construction of each part, and conduct related tests. Based on the working principle and transmission characteristics of the hydraulic-mechanical continuously variable transmission, the self-developed multi-stage hydraulic-mechanical continuously variable transmission with split-differential speed is proposed, the overall design plan of the test bench is proposed, the composition of each device of the test bench is determined, and the power load part of the test bench is designed, Measure and control the human-computer interaction part and the fixed part of the transmission, and conduct corresponding tests. The results show that the hydraulic-mechanical continuously variable transmission test bench runs smoothly, and can test the parameters of the hydraulic-mechanical continuously variable transmission. The changes in speed and load are positively correlated with the speed drop during the shift. It provides a theoretical basis for the design and test of the hydraulic mechanical CVT test bench for cotton pickers.
