Design and Test of 1ZS-4200 Paddy Field Vibrating Slurry Grader

  • According to the agronomic requirements of paddy field tillage, a paddy field vibration pulping grader is designed, which can complete multiple processes such as soil crushing, stubble burying, root growth, soil layer pulping and leveling in one operation. This type of machine is mainly composed of mechanical transmission flexible shaft, mechanical high-frequency excitation mechanism, circular arc stubble comb, ship carriage and new isolation transmission device. By analyzing and determining the parameters of mechanical transmission flexible shaft, mechanical high-frequency vibration excitation mechanism and according to the working principle of circular arc stubble comb, a paddy field vibration pulping and leveling machine is designed. The field test shows that when the excitation frequency of the mechanical high-frequency excitation mechanism is 43 hz and the forward speed of the machine is 3 km/h, the stubble rate is 90.6%, the flatness is 20 mm and the mud degree is 1.30 g/cm~3. The comprehensive index reached the best and met the agronomic requirements of paddy field tillage.
