Design and Experiment of Seed Sprout Bio-Nutrition Strengthening Machine

  • Aiming at the problems of insufficient supply of functional agricultural products and backwardness of technology and equipment for bio-nutrition strengthening, a seed sprout bio-nutrition strengthening machine was designed. The rapid germination technologies such as improving the concentration difference of components, pressure difference and permeable alternating vacuum were adopted. The problem of efficient mass transfer of nutrient components into seed buds was solved. After the experiment of folic acid enrichment in mung bean sprouts and calcium enrichment in germinated brown rice, the results showed that the seed sprouts bio-nutrient strengthening machine can produce high nutritional agricultural products, the content of folic acid in mung bean sprouts can reach 1.486 mg/kg, and the content of calcium in germinated brown rice can reach 757 mg/kg. The effect of nutritional enhancement was good.
