生物质热风炉技术研究

Biomass Hot Blast Stove Technology

  • 摘要: 我国热风炉应用起源于20世纪70年代末,是利用燃料燃烧生成的热和空气进行热交换,从而产生热风,主要应用于采暖、炼钢、生产水泥、农畜牧业种植、食品烘干等领域。实际生产中,常见热风炉的燃料主要有燃气、燃油、燃煤、生物质、粉体混合几种,其中生物质由于其取材容易、资源丰富、含碳量低等优点,在我国能源结构中具有举足轻重的地位。对生物质热风炉原理、优缺点、应用等基本情况进行介绍,为该技术推广应用及改进设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The application of hot blast stoves in China originated in the late 1970 s. It uses the heat generated by fuel combustion to exchange heat with air,so as to generate hot air. It is mainly used in heating,steel making,cement production,agricultural and animal husbandry planting,food drying and other fields. In practical production,the common fuels of hot blast stoves mainly include gas,oil,coal,biomass and powder mixture. Biomass plays a pivotal role in China’s energy structure due to its advantages of easy materials,rich resources and low carbon content. This paper introduces the principle,advantages and disadvantages,application and other basic information of biomass hot blast stove,and provides reference for the popularization and application of this technology and the improvement of design.
