刷辊式采棉机采摘装置结构设计与动力学分析

Structure Design and Dynamic Analysis for Picking Device of The Roller Stripping-type Cotton Harvester

  • 摘要: 统收式采棉机具有适用范围广、结构简单、成本低等特点,能够满足我国多样化的种植国情。刷辊式采棉机是统收式采棉机的主力机型,阐述了刷辊式采棉机采摘装置的结构设计及其工作原理。运用Pro/E软件建立棉秆的三维实体模型,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS将构件离散成细小网格,导入到ADAMS仿真软件中建立柔性体仿真模型。仿真结果得到了棉秆被采摘时的位移及速度图谱,分析棉秆在被采摘过程中的形态及位置变化过程,为后续采摘装置的改进设计提供理论依据和参考,同时也为统收式采棉机的推广奠定基础。

     

    Abstract: The features of the unified cotton harvesters,such as good flexibility、uncomplicated structure and low cost etc,can meet the diversified planting conditions of china. This paper presents the structure design and working principle of the roller stripping-type cotton harvester. The 3D model of cotton stalk was established by using the 3D modeling software Pro/E,the finite element analysis software Ansys was used to separate the components into small grids,and import them into ADAMS to establish the flexible body simulation model. The simulation results obtained the displacement and velocity Atlas of the cotton stalk when they were picked,analyzed the shape and position change process of the cotton stalk,it can provide the theoretical basis and reference for the improvement design of the subsequent picking device.
