Abstract:
The features of the unified cotton harvesters,such as good flexibility、uncomplicated structure and low cost etc,can meet the diversified planting conditions of china. This paper presents the structure design and working principle of the roller stripping-type cotton harvester. The 3D model of cotton stalk was established by using the 3D modeling software Pro/E,the finite element analysis software Ansys was used to separate the components into small grids,and import them into ADAMS to establish the flexible body simulation model. The simulation results obtained the displacement and velocity Atlas of the cotton stalk when they were picked,analyzed the shape and position change process of the cotton stalk,it can provide the theoretical basis and reference for the improvement design of the subsequent picking device.
