有机肥撒施机液压推肥机构调速装置的设计

Design of Speed Regulating Device for Hydraulic Pushing Mechanism of Organic Fertilizer Spreading Machine

  • 摘要: 有机肥还田是处理畜牧废弃物和保护黑土地的有效手段,是促进农业绿色发展的迫切需要,有机肥撒施机作为有机肥还田的主要农机具被广泛应用。为了调节有机肥撒施机推肥机构动作速度,控制有机肥抛撒量,采用脉冲宽度调制(PWM)和比例流量电磁阀,设计了一种电控液压流量调节装置。通过电磁阀调节液压缸管路中液压油的流量,控制液压缸推进和回收速度,从而实现调节有机肥施肥量的目的。

     

    Abstract: Organic fertilizer returning to the field is an effective means to treat livestock wastes and protect black soil. It is an urgent need to promote the green development of agriculture. Therefore,organic fertilizer spreaders are widely used as the main agricultural machinery for returning organic fertilizer to the field. In order to adjust the action speed of the fertilizer pushing mechanism of the organic fertilizer spreader and control the amount of organic fertilizer,this paper adopts pulse width modulation( PWM) and proportional flow solenoid valve to design an electronically controlled hydraulic flow adjustment device. The solenoid valve adjusts the flow of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder pipeline,controls the advance and recovery speed of the hydraulic cylinder,so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the amount of organic fertilizer.
